Manual Lymphatic Drainage
What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialised form of massage that has
powerful cleansing, relaxing, pain relieving & immunological effects.
It is a gentle, flowing, rhythmic massage and can be applied to a wide range of physical
conditions to great effect and has the added bonus of being a very relaxing treatment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage helps to detoxify the body and stimulate the body’s
immune system to promote healing and to fight infection.
The light massage of the lymphatic system helps the body move excess toxins,
water and metabolic waste in a way that cleanses the body and promotes the
immune system and healing.

likely to need more than one or two treatments.

These are valid for 2 years and so allow your appointments to be spaced as required,
dependant upon your availabilty and the speed of your recovery
