Using Bach flower remedies
Bach flower remedies are a complementary therapy for helping you when you need some emotional or mental support. There are 38 plant and flower based essences each made from a different wild flower, plant, tree and bush. Each of the 38 essences relates to a specific emotion or feeling that you may experience in your everyday life and during more emotional and stressful times.
Negative emotions affects your health by upsetting the balance in your body and in your life. The Bach flower remedies work by gently helping your body balance any negative emotions you may have such as fear, sadness, anger, guilt and hurt.
Bach Original Flower Remedies were created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who believed that emotional wellbeing was the key to good health. Today, Dr Bach's methods are still used to produce the remedies and the plants are still picked from his original garden.
