Copthorne Therapies is a ladies only clinic for 

in-house therapies and services.

I offer a welcoming space which is warm and secure with a private bathroom. 

Plenty of quiet on street parking.

I offer a loyalty scheme to thank my Clients for their repeat custom.

Online and distance therapies & courses, and services such as gift cards, are available to all.

To make an appointment at Copthorne Therapies: 

Bookings, Contact Form, email, text, WhatsApp, phone.

The best option is Bookings as it shows all my availability for the appointment time you have chosen. All bookings are payable in full at your appointment by card, cash, smart payments.

If you book online, you are able to cancel and change your own bookings.

New clients

A longer appointment time is ideal as I need to take some details from you to ensure you receive a safe and appropriate treatment. 

Please note: 30 minutes is not long enough for a first appointment for a new client 

unless discussed beforehand.

Existing clients

Any appointment time is suitable, depending upon the therapy and as previously discussed.

All appointment bookings and face to face courses are payable in full at your appointment by card, cash, smart payments.

Distance therapies, courses and services are payable online under Courses & Products at the time of purchase using debit and credit cards through PayPal or Square. 

These are not refundable.

Treatment Plans are payable either online or at your initial appointment.

Gift cards are managed through Square. On selection you will be directed to a Square webpage where you can choose a fixed or custom value for your gift. You also have various options for the design of the card. Gift cards are not refundable.

Treatment Plans

I offer Treatment Plans for 6 or more prepaid appointments.

These can be helpful for clients needing long term  treatments - such as post cosmetic surgery and general surgery or chronic condition.

These can be paid for online or at your initial appointment. The plans have no expiry date.

Loyalty scheme

As a way to say thank you for your repeat custom, I offer a loyalty scheme where you receive a free appointment on your 11th visit.
